Here is the checklist you should use in choosing an ergonomic chair for your home office:

• Adjustable height:
  Some of us have long legs… and others not so much. It is imperative for the seat height of the chair to be able to be adjusted as to accommodate for your own specific measurements.
• Adjustable seat depth:

• Adjustable seat tilt:
  The seat of the chair should be adjustable from flat to tilted slightly This will help promote the most neutral position of the pelvis, and take stress off of the lower back.

  Check to see that the backrest is adjustable both vertically and in the frontward and backward direction and has a firm lumbar support.
• Your chair size chart:  Check the chair measurements to get the best fit.
